“After 30 years of working in radio and television,
I now have the most important story of my life to tell:
the story of all the millions of families like mine
who know the frustration and heartache of memory disorders.”
– LEEZA GIBBONS

Tradition-minded Grassroots Acoustica’s first show of the new year guarantees that auld acquaintances won’t be forgot when the 3rd Annual Auld Lang Syne Edition again names Edward Tree guest of honor on Saturday, January 9th at the Talking Stick Coffee Lounge. With a cup of kindness raised for Circle of Care Leeza’s Place, One Degree To Edward Tree features friends & affiliations dating back to some of Tree’s earliest L.A. career as bandmate, record producer, cowriter & collaborator – all of whom, not coincidentally, form a fellowship of frequent fundraisers on the monthly series whose 30 previous free shows have fostered $21,703 for area nonprofits.

Circle Of Care Leeza’s Place is a safe & intimate setting where caregivers and loved ones diagnosed with any memory disorder can attend free programs that provide education, empowerment, and support to prepare for the challenging journey ahead, as well as topical workshops pertaining to medical, home care, legal, financial and other caregiver issues.

“Like so many of you,” Gibbons says, “while we wait for a miracle, we learn, we fight, we push for a cure and we lean on each other for strength.”

The Circle of Care Foundation counts on community support to help fund important health care programs. To learn more about Circle Of Care Foundation & Leeza’s Place or to make a secure online donation, please visit www.thecircleofcarefoundation.org.
